1. Introduction

Welcome to Chauffeur Fleets! By accessing or using our website and services, including bookings, SMS notifications, and interactions with our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. General Terms of Service

2.1 User Rights and Responsibilities

  • You must use our website and services in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Users may not engage in illegal activities, abuse our services, or infringe intellectual property rights.

  • All bookings must include accurate and truthful information.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized access to our systems or data.

  • Using our services for fraudulent purposes.

  • Uploading harmful software, including viruses or malware.

2.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Chauffeur Fleets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

2.4 Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the applicable U.S. courts.


3. Booking Terms and Policies

3.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Sedans/SUVs: Cancel up to 2 hours before pickup without charge. Cancellations within 2 hours are fully charged.

  • Stretch Limousines, Vans, Mini Buses, Coaches: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required.

  • Sprinter Vans: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior.

  • Buses/Coaches: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior.

3.2 No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up at the scheduled time will result in full charges; no refunds will be issued.


4. Vehicle Use and Passenger Conduct

4.1 Smoking & Substance Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Alcohol or controlled substances are not allowed unless previously arranged.

4.2 Maximum Capacity

  • Passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.

4.3 Behavior Expectations

  • Passengers must behave respectfully.

  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate the ride without refund for misconduct or illegal activity.

4.4 Cleaning Fees

  • A $250 fee applies for excessive mess or damage, including vomiting.


5. Airport Pick-Up Terms

  • Meet & Greet: Chauffeurs provide baggage assistance. Additional fees may apply.

  • Wait Time: 40-minute grace period for local pickups, 60 minutes for international. Additional wait is charged per minute.

  • Additional Fees: Airport parking, tolls, and related charges apply.

  • No-Show Prevention: Contact the driver if delays occur to avoid full charges.


6. SMS Terms and Conditions

6.1 Service Description

  • SMS notifications include service updates, reminders, and promotions. Consent is required to receive messages.

6.2 Messaging Frequency

  • Expect up to 5 messages per week, depending on bookings and updates.

6.3 Opt-In / Opt-Out

  • Opt-In: Via online form, paper form, or verbal confirmation. Text “START” to subscribe.

  • Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” at any time; processed immediately.

6.4 Message & Data Rates

  • Standard carrier rates may apply.

6.5 SMS Privacy

  • Numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties.

6.6 Types of SMS Messages

  • Booking confirmations, reminders, driver updates, billing notifications, promotional offers (if consented).

6.7 Data Protection

  • SMS data is used only for service updates; not sold or shared with third parties.

6.8 Help

  • Reply “HELP” to any message or contact our support team.


7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Data Collection

  • Personal info including name, contact, and payment details.

  • SMS consent data.

7.2 Data Usage

  • To process bookings, payments, and provide SMS notifications.

7.3 Data Protection

  • Data is encrypted and access is strictly controlled.

7.4 User Rights

  • Access, modify, or delete personal data; revoke consent for communications at any time.

7.5 Policy Updates

  • Users will be notified of changes via email or website updates.


8. Liability and Service Limitations

8.1 Service Interruptions

  • Not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events.

8.2 Liability Cap

  • Liability is limited to the total cost of the booked service.


9. Modifications to Terms

  • Chauffeur Fleets reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
